Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
- Full refunds within 30 days of receipt of orders (less the shipping cost) on products returned in resalable condition. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.
- Customers MUST contact us for a return authorization number. Note: Unauthorized returns not accepted.
- If any product is purchased in the US and then brought to another country this will void any warranty on the product(s).
- A restock fee of 15% may apply.
