Customers in Canada can order on the website, your shipping rates not including customs and duties will be calculated at checkout.

All other customers with international billing addresses who wish to ship their order to the United States can place their order online. There are a few country exclusions, please contact us if you are having problems submitting your billing address.

Q: What will my shipping or freight costs be?

A: There is no simple answer to this question as it depends on many variables, including what you order, the weight and dimension of your entire shipment, and where you live. Please contact orders@oncourtoffcourt.com for an individual freight quote.

Canadian shipping rates are able to be automatically calculated on the website. Canadian shipping rates are 2.5x regular retail shipping and will be automatically calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes issued by the Canadian government on arrival.

Q: How can I find out my approximate shipping costs without placing an order?

A: Generally speaking, you must be prepared to pay an average of 50% of your order in freight costs. However, if you are ordering heavy and large items that do not cost very much, then your freight costs may be more. And, if you just order a few DVDs, your costs will be less.

Q: How can I find out my exact shipping costs?

A: For us to precisely calculate your freight costs, you need to decide what you want and finalize your order. Since it can take our staff hours to pack and prepare an order for a freight quote, we do not accept changes once the order is “final.” Even the slightest change requires the entire order to be repacked, weighed and measured for a new shipping quote. We always give you a shipping quote from our warehouse to your door (called door-to-door) and can also give you a quote from our warehouse to your nearest airport (called door-to-airport). Door-to-airport shipments do not include any taxes or customs fees, which will need to be paid by the customer when picking up the goods.

Q: Can I have my own consolidator handle the shipment?

A: Absolutely. In this case, assuming they have a U.S. address, we would charge our standard U.S. domestic shipping rates and your freight forwarder takes over from there.

Q: Once the order is final, how long does it take to get a freight quote and then to ship the order?

A: Generally speaking, allow three business days from us receiving a final order to getting a freight quote for your approval. Then, once full payment is received, the order normally goes out within two business days after that.

Q: Once the products arrive, how do I handle import duty and other taxes assessed by my government?

A: You have to contact a service in your own country to assist you with this process and these expenses are in addition to the cost of the products and the freight. Each country is different in what extra fees are charged.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: On all international shipments, we accept major credit cards, a bank wire or payment through Paypal.
