Our fitness section is full of ideas to help players improve. Movement, positioning and balance are keys to success in all sports.
Most athletes, however, are not even aware that most of the challenges they face are a result of poor movement and balance. This holds true for basketball, football, baseball, soccer, tennis, and many other sports. To test this theory, have someone toss you a basketball, footballl, or baseball as you stand on one leg (yes, just like a flamingo) just before catching or hitting. This is what it feels like to play off balance and out of position. The good news is that movement training and balance training actually work. The training aids in this section are each powerful tools for all sports and activities.
